Brandon McReynolds earned his first ever NASCAR K&N Pro Series victory in the Casey's General Store 150 at Iowa Speedway earlier in 2015. That race was the first of two annual combination races between the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and West. Brandon McReynolds, driving the No. 16 NAPA Auto Parts Toyota for Bill McAnally Racing, became only the second NASCAR K&N Pro Series West driver to win the combination race at Iowa. With this second win at Iowa Speedway in the #ThanksKenny 150 McReynolds has become the series’ first repeat winner.

After his repeat win at Iowa Speedway Brandon McReynolds said, “It was definitely hard fought. Coming back, I knew this hot, greasy, slick race track at Iowa Speedway. Our NAPA Toyota was really good. It feels good to be back here in victory lane.” Jesse Little commented on his battle with Brandon McReynolds saying, “Brandon had by far the best car of the night. It was going to take a last ditch effort for sure. But I’m proud of all our Toyota Racing guys.”

Noah Gragson holds a small two-point lead over Chris Eggleston in the K&N Pro West championship standings and a nine point advantage over Gracin Raz. William Byron, who finished 19th overall in the #ThanksKenny 150 at Iowa Speedway, maintained his K&N Pro East championship points lead of 25 points over Scott Heckert and 33 over Austin Hill.
The NASCAR K&N Pro Series East returns to action on August 7th at Watkins Glen (New York) International, while the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West races next on August 15 at Evergreen Speedway in Monroe, Washington.
