Sportsman Racer Dan Fletcher is known for his driving in Stock and Super Stock.
He is ranked at 13 in NHRA national events overall and is number one in the
world in stock. This year Fletcher has placed first in national and divisional
Stock events. He is on his way to 50 NHRA National event titles in 2007, a feat
only 12 other drivers have accomplished.

The biggest surprise this year is his two NHRA Super Gas wins. The
Corvette he drives belongs to a friend. “I like to think I can drive anything,”
said Fletcher. “Every time I go to a race track I plan to win. Racing is what I
do for a living and it’s my job to win.”

At Englishtown, New Jersey he was knocked out early in Super Stock, but
was a surprising force in Super Gas. “I also won at Atlanta with Super Gas,”
said Fletcher. “It all adds up to my goal of 50 championships for 2007.”
Fletcher is on his way to the second half of the NHRA POWERade Drag Racing
Series. It kicks off in the Rocky Mountains at Bandimere Speedway July 13-15.
From there the Western Swing continues at Seattle, Washington and Sonoma,
California.
Fletcher will race at more than 5,800 feet this weekend, where the altitude
affects everything from engine tune-ups to aerodynamics. The Mopar Mile-High
NHRA Nationals near Denver, Colorado brings out the skill and adaptability of the
racers.
“I spend weeks on the road from February through November,” said the
Churchville, New York resident. “This year is very exciting for me because my
oldest son Thomas will be driving my Stock car at Seattle. We are going through
the Western Swing as a family and it will be fun.”
Fletcher uses K&N Oil Filters on his vehicles. “Thanks to K&N my engines have
outlasted and outperformed,” he said. “After 400 runs my engines stay clean. I
also think the nut on the K&N Oil Filters is ingenious. It is so
simple to change.”

K&N Filters Team Celebrates Michigan Victory
“Kentucky is one of the places that we go that really has a great crowd,” said
Kvapil. “The track works really hard at making a very friendly environment for
the fans and competitors. It’s a great place with high speeds and lots of
action. It is also a mile-and-a-half track, but not a cookie cutter track like
Atlanta and Texas. It’s very unique. I think the fans will be in for a great
race on Saturday night.”
Kvapil and the K&N Filters Team scored their first win of the 2007 season at
Michigan International Speedway. The win came on the heels of three consecutive
top 10 finishes for Kvapil in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
“Things seem to be clicking for the K&N Filters Team,” said Crew Chief Mike
Beam. “We’ve been on a good run over the last couple of weeks and we feel good
about continuing our streak of good finishes this weekend in Kentucky.”
SPEED-TV will cover the 150 lap 225 mile event at 7:30 PM EDT on July 14th.

The Husqvarna dirt bike has bottom-end power which makes it easier to get the
front wheel over trail obstacles. The chassis feels short and light but is very
stable and the front brake has incredible stopping power.
Air Filter for Husqvarna motorcycles
K&N Engineering has developed a new replacement air filter (HU-1200)
for specific 1992 through 2013 Husqvarna motorcycle models. See model applications below. It is
engineered to fit into the Husqvarna's factory airbox with the provided
gasket. The gasket fits in the base of the air box creating a perfect seal.
Air Filter Installed in Husqvarna motorcycle
The new two piece design makes installation,
changing and cleaning a breeze.
The K&N XStream Top Filter is popular for dirt bikes. The increased filtration
area provides more air-flow while the 4 layers of woven premium cotton media
allow for excellent filtration. K&N Air Filters for motorcycles offer optimum air flow for added performance.
K&N invented the pleated cotton air filter more than 35 years ago for the power
sports market. K&N Replacement Air Filters are washable and reusable and ideal
for extended use in dirty and dusty off-road riding. All K&N off-road filters
are covered by our K&N Racing and Off-Road Limited Warranty.
World of Outlaws points leader Donny Schatz showed his fans something to
remember last Tuesday night at Huset’s Speedway near Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
He raced the Snap-on Tools No. 15 with K&N products to a first place victory.

Schatz raced at the track weekly in the early 1990’s along with the Red
River Valley Speedway in Fargo, North Dakota. “Winning here is like winning at
home,” said the Defending World of Outlaws Champion. “We spent a lot of Sunday
nights down here getting things figured out. To come back and win at this place
is an awesome feeling. There are a lot of people here that saw us race every
week and we’re proud to come back and get another win.”
Schatz Win at Huset's
Schatz was the second car to qualify in a field of 39 cars. The track was
holding a lot of moisture and it was difficult to pass. He used a strong start
to get inside Jeremy Campbell on the opening lap of the fourth heat race. By
finishing second in the fourth heat race, Schatz picked up the last remaining
spot for his starting position in the feature.
Both are competitors but Donny Schatz and Jeremy Campbell use K&N Engineering
Products. “I feel like I’ve got the best crew out there. My guys work hard to
give me a race car this good,” said Schatz. “Our K&N Engineering Carbon Fiber
Airbox helps us achieve maximum horsepower at every race.” K&N Engineering
Filters work great all the time, said Jeremy Campbell. “Our engines stay clean
and work well on the tracks.”
In the 35 lap feature event, Schatz took command after the first six circuits.
He held off a couple of mid-race challenges to score his 61st career World of
Outlaws A-Feature win.
“The car was really good,” said Schatz. “I could run the top, bottom and even
the middle. We’re really excited about the win.” He increased his lead in the
series standings to 87 points with this win.
Schatz returns to his familiar yellow and black ParkerStore sponsored No.15 with
K&N Products on Saturday night at I-55 Raceway in Pevely, Missouri.

GAS GAS motorcycles are known for technical performance and dynamic riding
quality. In 2006, GAS GAS has improved by reducing weight an increasing
quality..
Air Filter for Gas Gas SM250, SM125, MC250, M125, EC300, EC250 and EC125
K&N Engineering has released a new High-Flow Replacement Air Filter (GG-1203)
for 2003-2006 GAS GAS MC125, MC2 50, EC125, EC200, EC300, SM125 and SM250 Models
of Motocross, Enduro and Supermoto Motorcycles. See application list below.
The GG-1203 is a two piece filter for easy installation and removal. A 1 ounce
tube of waterproof, hi-temp sealing grease and mounting hardware is supplied.
Simply remove the stock air filter and air filter cage. The cage will not be
used with the K&N Air Filter.
After installing the K&N Motorcycle Air Filter base into the airbox apply a small amount of
sealing grease to the small diameter end of the provided spacer. Install the
spacer into the top and the washers onto the stock wing bolt. Install the top,
spacer, wing bolt and washers onto the K&N Air Filter. There is never any
cutting or fitting required.
K&N's unique pleated design provides a large surface area and an increased
volume of air flow. The
GG-1203 is designed to offer increased horsepower and
acceleration. K&N uses four layers of cotton gauze placed between bonded
aluminum wire screens. Within each air filter, thousands of microscopic cotton
threads absorb K&N's specially formulated air filter oil and create a powerful
filtering media that protects your motor from harmful contaminants and debris,
while allowing your engine to breathe freely.
K&N High-Flow Air Filters are washable, reusable and covered by our K&N Racing
and Off-Road Limited Warranty.
